How do I check in?
When you pull into the SmartPark JFK facility at 123-10 South Conduit Avenue a valet will greet you and process a parking ticket for you. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time and your airline. The SmartPark associate will provide you with a claim ticket and toll free number to call upon your return to JFK. *Please call the location only after retrieving your luggage.

How do I get from the parking location to the airport?
After you have been checked in by our greeter, you will be taken to your terminal by one of our SmartPark JFK shuttles. The trip usually takes about 7 minutes. Please be sure to inform the shuttle driver which terminal and airline that you are travelling on so they can plan the fastest route. Shuttles are limited in size to approximately 12 passengers and luggage. Shuttles leave for the airport terminals every few minutes. All shuttles deliver you right to the departures level of your departing airline.

How do I reclaim my car?
To reclaim your car just call 877-JFK-PARK (877-535-7275) and request a pick up. Please confirm the terminal number when disembarking your plane (there are 8 distinct terminals at JFK). The toll-free numbers are located on your SmartPark JFK parking ticket you were given at check in. Be sure to call SmartPark JFK only AFTER retrieving your luggage. The SmartPark JFK cashier will also ask for your ticket number so your car will be pulled into our Ready Zone. When you call the toll-free number, we will confirm where you will be picked up.

What is the parking rate at SmartPark JFK?
The parking rate at SmartPark JFK is $12/day plus NYC parking tax of 10.375% ($13.25/day tax included) we do not charge any extras fees or surcharges. That just wouldn’t be Smart.
Rates are calculated as 24-hour days with the start of your first day corresponding with your actual arrival check-in time until you arrive back at the SmartPark JFK facility from your trip. SmartPark JFK honors its guest with a 5 hour grace period (after the 24 hour day) before charging subsequent days. Regardless of your reservation your fee is based on actual time at the lot.
An example of this is customer X checks in on Monday at 10:00 AM he is scheduled to leave on Thursday at 2:30 PM, he will only be charged for 3 days, if he shows up on Thursday at 3:30 PM he will be charged the 4th day.
