I am writing to let you know that you saved my mother’s trip from being a total catastrophe.
Not too long ago, my mother had made arrangements to go down to our home in Florida, being I was out of town on business, I relied on a parking facility for her with transportation to JFK International Airport. Reservations for her parking were in place and all was a go.
I get a frantic call, as my mother was running late for her flight and that the parking facility that we had made prior arrangements with was unavailable. She told me she drove into the lot and no one was there to greet her. Thinking she was at the wrong place, she drove around and unknowingly into another parking place thinking she just made a wrong turn and she finally found it what we arranged.
Well, not only did she not find the original place, this was a completely different place. Mind you she had paid the other parking facility in full.
The place she stumped upon happened to be a place called SmartPark and in turn, was a dream come true for both of us. My mom went on to tell me that she pulled into the place and was met by a man, did not get the name, very nice gentlemen, who she had told her dilemma to thinking it was part of the other company she had already paid for. The man went on to tell her that she was at SmartPark and that he would take care of all her needs, as far as organizing, paperwork, luggage and a safe comfortable trip. In addition, he gave her ALL of her service needs free of charge. For both me and my mom, this was what could have been a big problem to a blessing in disguise..
In closing, my mother had arrived to the airport with time to spare, safely and with help from the driver. No racing heartbeat and no missed flight. We can both say thank goodness for the wrong turn being the right turn.
