Recently my friends and I wanted to head out on a long awaited spring break vacation, unfortunately, no one had money to put up for a taxi for 10.
Frustrated, as money is tight, I went online to search for a cheap parking facility. Luckily for us, I found this place called
SmartPark near JFK. The rates were just what we needed, service for less meeting all of our budget needs. To my disbelief the rates were cheaper than taking a taxi for the 10 of us
to and from the airport. .
When we arrived we were greeted immediately by the manager Diego and he was a doll to deal with, very accommodating. Diego explained clearly and patiently, the fare rates answered all of our questions and directed us inside to finalize the details.
The office was clean and welcoming with an available and smiling customer service representative named Shabana who greeted us with smiles and information. Shabana answered all of our questions and of course we had a lot as details are and were important to us.
Not only was this an affordable alternative to a cab rip off, this was a great experience in a chaotic travel time.
SmartPark provided brand new comfortable busing from their facility to JFK airport with plenty of room for our luggage and comfortable seating for a total 7 yes 7 minute trip. The driver was also quite accommodating assisting all of us with luggage at their place, as well as, the terminal and went out of his way to make sure we were all set and double checked our luggage was with us. I could not say enough about this SmartPark from start to finish and will definitely recommend them to other friends and family for sure. I am tough to please and big on customer service, no less in a crazy travel time such as spring break.
My rating for this wonderful service, from 1-10 is most definitely higher than 10+.
